Oh man, that part is expensive!! Even with a discount, the cheapest Iíve found is $185!
Small consolation, but it cost me nearly $600 to replace ONE of them on my SUV. Problem being with that vehicle is that you pretty much have to remove the bumper assembly to replace the fog lamp. Hopefully the Spider is a simpler process. But I can't say I'm surprised by the price... everything OEM on these vehicles is expensive to replace. Replacing the bezels in your dash will run you that much and more.

No, they are not. Regardless, unless itís a common car, scrap dealers know the rarity of such items and you wonít be getting a huge discount from new.

Maybe someone who races their car replacing the fog light with a brake cooling tube?

Unfortunately, you might have to bite the bullet if you want to replace it now. I also tried finding generic fog lights, and making a bracket, but the mounting is quite complex, if you wanted the light to blend.

I've suffered a hit too! Are they that fragile? I have never had this happen to any car before - At these prices I will have to find some way to protect the new one ...
