Can this stripe be applied over a wrap?

That looks really nice! Are the stripes painted or vinyl? Not that it would matter, just curious. The heritage stripe on my Abarth is a vinyl wrap.

Hi. It's 3M vinyl wrap, custom plotted and cut.

Hi. This could be applied on top of wrap. It's 3M vinyl. I am sure the guys at NRJ Customs could print out and post in any colour. It looks great on the car
