Why does classica/lusso has 140hp in Europe and 160hp in USA? Is it easy to upgrade hp of Europe engine to 160hp?

Yes , it's a very good question. In fact the Abarth (170 HP) is the same engine. Does anyone knows if it's just a question of tuning electronics?

The EU 124Spider already has 155-160PS instead of 140PS.
