They will be marketing that (carbon fiber?) rocker panel/running board after the show. It contributes to the lower look of the car. I'm not a big fan of the oversized wheels, but some people really like that look.

Slamming a car? No thanks!
I agree!

"Hey dude, nice new car! You should slam it, jam huge rims on it with lotsa lip, negative camber to the max, body kit, front spoiler, fart can, stuff the trunk full of amps and subs, yada yada!" What you end up with is a car that looks like sh*t and rides like a brick. Brilliant, but boys will be boys...

Calm down people...SEMA is a place to stir the imagination and get the customer thinking about what's possible. Most of the vehicles are not rational for this reason.
Agree. I was at the SEMA show today and saw this car in person. I spent a good deal of time talking to the Madness sales manager as well as the owner. I walked away with several new ideas. For example, they featured a red leather shift boot and brake boot which match the Abarths's red seats beautifully. The also have EU sources for custom leather or wood steering wheels. No, I didn't care for the lowered show car, but that was besides the point, given the information I gathered.
