They all have the same part number, but springs are different.
So, yes you can use the MX5 Bilsteins in a Fiat or an Abarth.

but befor you spend money on OEM Bilsteins look for the new Bilstein B8 or B6.
The OEM Bilsteins are more like the Bilstein B6, but not as good. ;)

In some cars, they make two Bilstein B6 shocks; the B6 Comfort, and the B6 HD. I believe that might be what you're referring to. The B8 IIRC is designed for cars that have lowered suspension.

I use the B6 HD in another car.
