Err no...and, err no I don't think they look cool, they look rather daft slammed to the ground like that, IMHO. And that's even after I've gotten used to my partly-slammed Eibach Sport springs. But as a piece of engineering, well that's pretty cool, the clearance to the wheel arches looks infinitessimally small, and it would be undriveable on most any roads anywhere. I guess you could probably dial in whatever alignment settings you want with that setup?

Personal taste, but it doesn't look cool to me at all.

Hi guys, you have to admit that it is a piece of engineering.

It seems that when the suspension is air lifted, the degree of the camber changes to almost straight. Give it another look. It would be impossible to drive it without lifting it

I am not saying that I want it on my A124. It is different for sure, though

I've got no problem with an air ride suspension. Some of them are very good. It allows you to slam the car but that doesn't mean you have to drive it like that. For some people air ride is great but on a small car like this it doesn't make any sense. It certainly isn't going to be superior to a good coil over suspension. Air ride is for resto mod Cadillacs and Lincolns an old muscle cars. But my mind is always open

Call me stupid, but what is the purpose of laying t on the ground? It's not a bird laying an egg. I mean, what function does it perform?
I'm not going to call you stupid, I don't even think that. In my mind the only reason is to look cool, and that in and of itself is a very subjective and personal thing. Kindig and his customers seem to like it alot, never mind that a rough road will wreck the underside. I'm certainly not one of those people. Other people go the opposite direction and jack up their trucks so they need to climb on something to get in, and combine that with huge diameter wheels and rubber band tires? Now what's the point of doing that with a 4WD truck? Jack it up to get over huge boulders, but ruin the handling, and have tires that won't take a minor pothole without bending the rims? Only to look "COOL". I don't think it's cool at all. Just my opinion. Best, s

While I don't think this car had air suspension, some mods really make me scratch my head. I saw this car at a local grocery store parking lot. I do not know the owner, and certainly do not know what he was thinking, other than to make the car look "COOL". I'm sure he wasn't thinking about tire wear, but the license plate does say something about his mentality (at least to me). The car most certainly does not meet Maine state inspection standards.

I'm thinking the cops noticed and took this car off the road, I saw it a couple more times on the road in the next couple of weeks, then never again. I did see the the plate on a different car that wasn't so wildly modified. s.

All I could think about was that it's obviously a nice rainy day, and the kid has about a quarter (maybe) of his tires actually making contact with the road. But nice inner tube rivetted on to protect his bumper from the juice can exhaust tip. :)

Gonna have to put the dead body in the passenger seat now because that air tank will take up the entire trunk!
