I am getting new tires installed. When I had my progress settings installed I had the spider aligned. The rear wheels since seem , by my eye to bow in a bit. Is there certain recommendations for settings for a lowered car?. Thanks

I really don't know for sure, but I'd expect that what works for the MX5 will probably work for the Abarth.

I got this on my lowered MX5 RF...

Camber: Between -1.5 and -1.8 degrees (front and rear)
Caster: As close to 8 degrees as you can get without compromising the camber.
Toe-In: A small amount front and rear (probably per factory spec)

Camber: -1.3 (front and rear)
Caster: As close to 8 degrees as you can get without compromising the camber.
Toe-In: + 5´ (5/60°)

With a few more guys getting serious about track work as the model has been around for a few years, can we start sharing the alignment specs that you are having success with?

Something like:

Set up: Coilovers (brand), Strut Tower Bars (Brand, front and/or rear), Sway Bars (Front and/or rear, settings if applicable).

Height:
Camber:
Caster:
Toe in/out:

Not sure if anyone else is interested, but as I get closet to having mine set up I would love to see what is working for other guys with track experience!

I have an aggressive street setup that works for some track use. I really wanted to commit to this being a street car that is trackable instead of a track car that is streetable, which is what I used to have.

You can run much more camber for a dedicated track car.

You should include wheel offset and tire size because that impacts how much room you have for suspension alignment as well.

Set up: Swift springs with stock Bilstein, Eibach sway bars, 16x8 +35et with 225/45r16

Height:
Front Lowering: -1.4 Inch
Rear Lowering: -1.3 Inch

Front
Camber: -2.1(L) -2.0(R)
Caster: 7.2
Toe: -0.02

Rear
Camber: -1.9
Toe: 0.11(L) 0.12(R)

Oops, I made a mistake. I have 17x8 wheels, not 17x9. Wish I had 17x9 and 245 tires.
