Great to be here - I've been an active member in many Mazda sports car forums, and I am very excited by the mating of Japanese engineering and Italian styling pedigree that make up this car's genetics. Look forward to getting to know everyone and sharing our experiences with the 124 Spider!

Hey Stewie,

I've poured over the reviews and saturated myself with YouTube videos for what seems like months! In the end, I'm most drawn to the Lusso in Rosso Passione. It just has that pure, clean Italian red sports car look. Plus, the Lusso's performance aspect is very close to that of the Abarth, yet it does not have the aggressive, and to me, unappealing styling. Luckily, there's a 124 Spider to suit everyone's taste!

That said, I am in contact with the Fiat dealership here on island - so, we'll see!

If I feel the need for speed, I think I'll hit up Greg!

One thing I've done to all my Mazdas was firm up the suspension with the addition of front and rear strut tower braces, front and rear anti-sway bars, and add lowering springs and upgraded shocks. From the bone stock 124s running the autocross, you can see there is a bit of body roll. The suspension upgrades I mention will certainly tighten the car right up and give it that planted feel.

I like to see the diversity between people as usually, majority of people are in love with the aggressive Abarth styling. Keep us posted on when you pull the trigger and drop the deposit ! Would like to hear what your wait times are

I definitely can't argue with that Spider, this just looks like the ultimate enjoyable, fun car, that actually is still practical for what it is. Once the aftermarket support steps in, things will get really fun
