Today while turning around in my driveway I noticed a sound like the pad wear indicator. It seemed to be only coming from the rear passenger side wheel, and only when braking while backing up at very low speed. I have 2100 miles, it can't already be time for new pads, right?

should be a warranty issue... but disk brakes do occasionally squeal in reverse at a low speed... if you think it is a problem make them (the dealer) fix it. 4 year 48k warranty

Brembos? Squeal is almost normal.

Mine did it the other day. The car had been standing outside for a week without being driven, I've had a bad back so was stuck in bed.

Just a bit of surface rust on the brake disc, by the time I got to the end of the street it was gone and hasn't returned.

Could be a dust build up or even a pebble of some sort in the caliper area? Maybe give it a little clean up and you'll see if it changes?

Like Steve, I've had the noise backing up since day one (Lusso A/T). No other issues...even had them (rear) looked at.
