Ok, I give up. Can someone tell me exactly where the cigarette light is? I noticed that the little air compressor included in the trunk has a connector that fits a cigarette lighter and the little picture showing where the plug is appears to be by the seats but I can seem to find it. thank you..:)

Thanks to Ameridan, I found it.. I had to lay in the floorboard on the passenger side.. That thing is WAY up under the dash.. its ridiculous.. I have to say that is strike one for the location. But at least it has one, now i can buy my little portable vacuum cleaner.. Gotta keep this baby looking good. :)

(Once I've found the outlet), without using a voltmeter does anyone know if it is "permanently live" ? (i.e. not one of those that becomes live only when the ignition is switched on). I need that info before trying to use it to connect a trickle charger for the winter months.

It only seems to work with the ignition on or accessory. It's deenergized with it all off, at least what I've experienced.
