He used red duct tape to see how it looked.
At the Socal Meet and Greet we asked @Destructo about it and only when you get up close do you notice that its duct tape.
He said hes taken it through the carwash a few times and its holding up well.
Brett, you sell one made of a different material in black. Would you recommend one over the other?I installed this on our Spider and it can only really be noticed over uneven surfaces and things like railroad track and such. Cheap mod, probably worth the effort.
I've been thinking about buying the black one because I don't want red. Thanks Brett.The black one we sell is the same as Cravenspeed. I cannot speak to the differences to the red one but it is designed to increase rigidity from the door openings. It is a small gain but worth it if you are doing mods like this.

Hi Greg, I agree with you but I have a white spider with the saddle interior.On a red car with a black interior, the red ones would look great.
