Do we have an "Acc" setting on the car?

Is it possible to power the radio or link to the phone without the engine running? I've read the manual and futzed around without luck.:

Pushing the start button once without the clutch in gets you ACC mode. I assume no foot on brake for an auto works the same way.

Pushing it twice without any pedals will also put it in "ON" but not start it
Thanks!

It will switch itself off after a while (10-15 minutes?) to avoid the battery going flat, similar to most other keyless start cars these days

This is good to note, and the headlights will do so as well. I've been going places to show off my car, the LED headlights being one of my favorite bits. Even on the "on" setting (not just auto), they turn off after a bit.

Unless I somehow did it wrong. When it's not running, they go off after a little bit
