I don't know about anything like that, but they do have tours of the regular production lines. I got lucky when I visited and the regular workers were on strike. I then got to tour the Abarth racing area, awesome experience, I say you should ask if you could get a tour of that.
Abarth and Fiat are both in Turin, Italy. Our US Abarths are not sent there unfortunately. The Euro ones are though after they are manufactured in Hiroshima. Ferrari, Pagani, Ducati and Lamborghini all offer factory tours as well, although they may be booked already. They all have web sites that you can look at. Ferrari has public areas that you can view every day and a museum...Lambo may as well. We got on the factory floor of Ducati last year...much fun. (Btw, they are all in or near Bologna or Modena, aka Motor Valley.) Enjoy!
