Hi Guys

Great news for the many waiting with orders in our system, our factory starts shipping the RoadsterSport Quad and Dual muffler deletes today!

Midpipes and Crosspipes are still in production and likely start shipping in about 2 weeks.

Video below is full system of all three pieces (2.5 inch Crosspipe, 2.5 inch Midpipe, 2.5 inch muffler delete).

Complete RoadsterSport Exhaust System, this time with camera on rear bumper for first Fiat 124 at an SCCA Autocross Event...and first in the trophies!

You can hear a lot of wheel slip, even with RE71R Tires, this was with our Springs and KONI Shocks but before we added the limited slip. The Koni shocks help a ton, also lower the car another half inch or so (less pressure than stock monotubes).

The problem is that you would be crushing some of the power gains by snuffing it down to small diameter entrance to the Record Monza muffler.

So, it is not something we would recommend.

Nonetheless, we keep factory connection positions and muffler shop should be able to slot the holes in the smaller flange of the Record Monza to make it fit.

will this fit the abarth ? any booming sound ? can you replace the tips to match the oem but in black color ?
Working on getting the sound clip uploaded but yes it will fit the Abarth 124 and will definitely make it sound like it should have from the factory. It sounds pretty close to what I remember the 500 Abarth sounding like. I will say that to me the tips are a little on the small side since the abarth exhaust cutout is bigger than the regular 124 bumper.

Thanks, looking forward to see and hear it. I hope Goodwin replies....
Carefully on the exhaust, I know here in Montreal they're strict and come spring time they do check. That's why I went with the Abarth. Nice exhaust sound, not too loud, on the road don't hear it much in the cabin.

I think Toronto they must be strict also. Nice color, I went with the RED

Here is some more sound sample fun guys!

Video below is from a Canadian Alfa/Fiat dealership after installing just our Quad delete on Customer Abarth 124.
Important to note again here that NON-Abarth versions of the 124 do not get a lot of sound from the muffler delete because they have a resonator in the midpipe.
Abarth 124 versions do not have a resonator in the midpipe so they get quite a bit more sound from just the muffler delete. Nonetheless, if you want full power and
faster turbo spool then consider our full 2.5 inch setup, which is Quad Delete, 2.5 Midpipe and 2.5 inch Crosspipe for full flow, full power.

See video clip from Canadian Alfa/Fiat dealership above, they installed several of our Quad Delete on customer Abarth 124s.

They sent pics too, see below:

On tip size, it's a small car guys and four tips is already a lot back there on such a little car, we want it to look tasteful, not like the local kids and their Honda coffee can tips. And as a practical matter we faced the same decision that the Fiat factory does with their Record Monza exhaust. They use the same size tips we use, pic of Record Monza unit below, and they do the same thing we did, which is have the tips very tight together because that is the only way the same setup can fit both the Abarth and non-Abarth versions of the 124.

Sounds like a huge engine. Like a Maserati I used to own. Maybe Goodwin should sell their midpipes with a resonator delete for us sound addicts. This clip sounds good. Nice and angry-like but better than the record monza exhaust.

Midpipe without resonator is an option on our site...at THIS LINK.

We expect both versions of our RoadsterSport midpipe and the 2.5 inch Crosspipe to ship before end of this month, that means next week!

Have not seen an automatic 124 here yet for test fit, but from our prior experience on that issue I would be surprised if we had issue. That is, this is same transmission as NC, we had issue with NC automatic trans and big 2.5 inch midpipe and contact with bracket on that NC automatic. We later changed the lay of the midpipe so the bracket issue did not happen, such that these days on NC most folks just leave the bracket alone. That same lesson applied to this midpipe and install of this midpipe precisely the same as NC midpipe install. So, though I have yet to install this midpipe on an automatic 124 I think we have planned around the issue per our NC experience, we gave the trans a lot of clearance.

That is my concern also. I quite like the look of the OEM Abarth tips.
I agree. I realize that MOQ likely comes into play with Goodwin and Fiat, but it was clearly a disconnect at Fiat between design, engineering and purchasing. It would be great if Goodwin made a version for the Abarth that better "filled" the space. Space them apart a little more and larger OD tips (nothing stupid here, just maybe 10-15mm larger diameter). Maybe even in black ceramic to match the Abarth theme a little better.
