I am stuck with 2 original SD Navigation cards. That is when I got the car, there was no SD Card in the ****. So Sales person gave me one, I told him I would insert it cause it was getting late. When I go home, I noticed another SD card in the small compartment. So I inserted the latter one in and navigation seems to be working. But the other one the sales person gave me I did not insert it in the slot.

How do I know if the one in the compartment is good,
cause if good I will sell the other one in Spring when I know the original one works well. Both cards carry the same no.

By the way how much does the SD Navigation card goes for.

Once put in a slot it cannot be used with another vehicle. If it has never been inserted/in its original packaging it should be good.

But the one I found that I used, is it possible it was used to display or used in another vehicle, since it was in the small compartment. How do I know that.

In other words, how can I verify that the SD card is good in my car.

Then I have read that the Card if more than 100km than it will be registered to that VIN
no.

By the way, both SD cards have the same no.

The SD cards themselves are generic. They will work with any car (of compatible format). They lock to the VIN of your particular car after 100 km (62 mi) of driving. The way you know it's good in your car is that it works.

Anyway in Spring I will drive with it, if good I will sell the UNUSED ONE. How much does it cost and can I sell it for, I won'tcharge the price for the dealer. LOL

SD cards used to be available cheap online, but the map companies have cracked down, making many cards unusable, or at least not able to be updated.
