I have noticed that my brakes seem a little grabby in the cold. Its like when i apply the brakes as I leave the neighborhood, they seem to be extra sensitive, or they seem to pulse as I apply the brakes at a stop sign. It really only happens when it is cold. This is my first winter in the car and was not sure if this is normal or a sign i need to replace the breaks in the spring. Not sure if it gets better as the rotors warm up from driving as I dont get to drive a whole lot currently.

Does anyone else feel the brakes are different on a cold morning?

It could be as simple as a film of rust from winter rain. Happens to me after rain and the car sits for a few days. Use the brakes and they cleanup and work normally. Can't say for sure, not knowing where you are.
