My first car back in the 70's was a Fiat 850 coupe and a friend had the 124 spider. I'm now 63 and have a deposit down for a Lusso 5 spd, black with saddle interior. Should be here in 8-10 days.Can hardly wait for first road trip

Ohh, I had an 850 coupe! Those were rare even back in the 70's. You will love the new Spider, it does have some of the charm of the old school Fiats.

Took 6 hours at the dealer yesterday to handle two trade-ins, insurance etc but drove out at 5 pm with our new black Lusso 6 spd manual, saddle brown interior. Just love it, handling, features etc.

I haven't heard any manual trans in the US yet!
