My problem is when I hit the pedal and the rear end want to step out, I'm used to the opposite in situation like that, I have to retune my brainI'm sure you'll grow to love RWD when you get accustomed to it. The car will actually go where you point it regardless of where your right foot is. The rearend won't want to step out on you if you get off the throttle a bit in a turn, and it won't understeer when you hit the gas exiting a turn. Enjoy!
When my dad got the first Grande Punto Abarth back in 2007 it was a big eye-catcher, when he got the Evo one in 2010 it was more "normal" thanks to the 500.Stunning looking car. Enjoy it.
What has the reaction to it in Italy been like?
No read seat... I don't want to wait 6 month for a carThanks for the photos and congratulazioni! My Abarth will look exactly like yours when I'm finished with it. it arrives in a few days. In the US we don't have the black Heritage stripe yet so I will have to have it done by a local shop. I've ordered the red pieces, as they are omitted in the US. We get dark gray instead. Did you get the red seats?
Abarths come standard with a front strut tower brace. For less body roll, would strut bar help?
Yes it's standard, also body roll is standard with all Miatas.Abarths come standard with a front strut tower brace.

By memory it's stainless, will take some pics tomorrow.hi, can you take a pic of your exhaust please....looking to add the the euro spec exhaust but want to make sure how it looks as I have seen 2 colors, black and stainless...curious which ones you get as stock.....Thanks
I have the Abarth emblem on the wheelAny does your steering wheel have the ABARTH EMBLEM or FIAT EMBLEM. tia
I was thinking of getting mine wrapped in protective film, but they told me that you will see that extra layer, anyone have any thought?I'm getting it wrapped Friday! I'll do a post afterwards, with photos.
The biggest issue for you is that you have a painted matte hood. While you can always see a line in any clear mask it is worth it for most. But in your case the matte black hood will look glossy where the film is. You could do it everywhere but the matte black paint.By memory it's stainless, will take some pics tomorrow.

Please explain why you recommend a "clear mask first" when you can just put a clear matte/satin wrap on it. Xpel offers the clear matte and completely wraps entire cars with it for a stunning look. The biggest issue for you is that you have a painted matte hood. For wrapping the best way to go is to clear mask first then add the matte/satin wrap on top to avoid the glossy situation. And yes, you may need to have new vinyl applied every few years since it will get hit directly.
