OK. Just purchased an aluminum Abarth. (color that is. It has the usual mix of aluminum and steel parts). Might have rather had red because I hear they are faster but this one had the manual transmission with Brembo brakes option and the Recaro seats and no other options. Those are the only two options I wanted, so I grabbed it. I was happy with the deal so I will promo the dealer by putting his link here. He has one more manual Abarth, 1 auto and a Classico. http://www.fiatusaofyoungstown.com/...racted=inventory-listing1-facet-anchor-year-1
A friend let me drive his 124 when I was a teenager and I always wanted one and based on my test drive, the new one is even more fun even without the walnut touches!
Too cool for school. I pick it up next week.

Congratulations and welcome to our world. Be sure to check the tire pressure. Some dealers have missed to pre-delivery item of lowering the pressure from 50+ to 29 psia.

Thanks for the tip! Don't want to be riding on solid tires. Might leave me a bad impression of the suspension.

Actually I did not check the pressure, but noticed they pumped Nitrogen into it cause it was written in the contract, but was not charged for it.
Congratulations from one Buckeye to another!
Buckeye

How about them Buckeyes? Great game! Did you see the video of Harbaugh whining about the refs? Hilarious! That team from up North is crying in their beer tonight.
Southern Ohio is a great place to drive cars like these. I have spend many days in running the roads up and down to the mighty Ohio on my motorcycles and it is great fun. Thus I know the importance of Brembos on those hills. Thanks for the note.

As a Michigan alumnus, let me be the first to congratulate you on your win.

I have no patience with whining about refs. We lost, game over. We'll have to try again next year.

There is no rivalry like this one. This has been a great series for a long time. Game well played.
While I will not complain about the game itself, I must confess that I do retain grave doubts about the parentage, intelligence, and general grooming of Ohio State fans, however. I feel deepest sympathy for the people who must live in Columbus out of commercial necessity - but for those who voluntarily attend classes there I feel only bewilderment at the poor life choices they have made.

I am hopeful they are able to enjoy their victory, as I fear the only success they will experience in life will be vicarious through the actions of these young men and women pursuing noble athletic competition.

Yes Chattanooga is a big step up from Columbus. NOT! Oh that's right, you spent time in that state up North. For you Chattanooga probably looks pretty good. >:)
