How many of you are seeing other Spiders during your daily drive. I don't have one yet (probably not until next year) but saw four on my way to work this morning. Am I being teased?

Of course you're going to see them around Fiat Chrysler HQ ;) When I worked at the original Highland Park HQ, I remember tearing around in the Omni GLH - that was a fun ride too.

I have only seen one other one in Albuquerque, other than the 5 on the dealer's lot. And I only saw that one once.

Only three this morning. Yes, Auburn Hills is a hotbed of Spider activity. If past practice is being followed, an early allocation of "fast feedback" vehicles was available for employees to lease. Those are probably what I am seeing.

Csaba and I kid about this... we've actually counted more Bentleys running around Dallas than ND Miatas over the past year. That said, there are less than a thousand 124s on the US roads. It may be a while before they are commonplace.

None on my daily drive around Raleigh, NC. I have heard of a couple from folks but haven't seen one myself. I have to say, my 124 Spider gets more attention than any car I have ever owned or even ridden in. Pretty weird, I have had folks hanging out the window of a moving vehicle just to yell "I LOVE your freakin' car!!". Never had that happen before :)

The 124 is a niche vehicle and, like the Corvette, will never be commonplace. My 2010 Corvette had a nine year production run (2005-2013). Even though I live in highly populated Los Angeles county, I'll sometimes go for days without seeing one. I'll go for weeks without seeing the 2016 Miata MX-5. Thus, the 124 Spider should garnish lots of attention.

I guess not! At dinner last night, we had a couple walking around my 124 taking pictures, talking, hand waving and all sorts of smiling while we sat in the restaurant and chuckled. My wife cannot believe that people react to that car that way. First time we took it out, a guy in a Land Rover parked and got out of his SUV just to take pictures and a video of it. That was the first day I owned it. The next day, I had a guy follow me into a gas station and when I got out to get gas, he drove around and talked to me about the car for several minutes.

Needless to say, it has been a fun experience! :)

By the time I get mine they'll be commonplace 'round here, LOL.

I see Alfa Romeo 4Cs occasionally (and not in Auburn Hills). Any of you?

Saw my first one in person yesterday in the parking garage at work. It's a red automatic. I was taken aback by how small is actually appears in the flesh.

Same for me, many many muscle and performance cars, this one has been the most fun so far

My dealer has two, a red Spider and a white coupe. Other than those, I have only seen one 4C in Albuquerque. I got a chance to drive the Spider and it was a hoot, but it does not fit me like my 124 does.

Pulled up behind a grey Lusso at traffic signal in Ventura Saturday. It was first time I've seen another on the road. Gave him thumbs up. It's fun to watch people. We were having breakfast at a diner yesterday morning, and I overheard a waitress tell everyone within earshot "There's a really cool blue car outside with FIAT on the front of it", and several folks went over to the window to take a gander, . . . . ooooo's and aaaaahhhh's.

I was in Rochester, NY this weekend and didn't see any Fiat Spiders (nor did I see any during the drives from and to Michigan). I did see a red Alfa 4C, however, so the weekend wasn't a total loss.
