Good on you. I melted down just before the pandemic so it ground everything down to a slow molasses drip right as the block was delivered to start work. Car was on stands for 11 months straight before I finally chained the transmission up to the body and rolled her out for a bath in September. I have changed everything short of the transmission, differential, and shafts. Those are all spec'd out and ready to order once I replenish my slush fund. The only stock part left will be the main body once I am through.
Wow! Now that's a mod. I've been watching F1 on Netflix and that gets me pumped to track this beaut.
Post some picks as well.

Out of that laundry list of mods the only one that might need additional attention is the rear Wilwood brakes. Beware that the emergency brake function is minimal to none. This is the consensus of many members on this forum using them. Other than that great build. Waiting for pictures and impression.

Yes, my mechanic told me not to use it for a while (like 300-500km) then engage it lightly, working it in.

That isn’t the issue. I’m not trying to rain on your parade. I just want to make sure that you are aware of a potential safety issue. The ebrake mechanism is ineffective. There isn’t sufficient clamping power to hold the car On any grade. Brian Goodwin mentions this on his website. Make sure to park your car in gear. 👍

Hi Folks,

So as I live in Ontario, Canada, there are not too many FIAT mechanic specialists so I took it to a local place that works on toy cars/hot rods. Boy was I amazed! RPM Automotive, in Cambridge ON RPM Automotive | Auto Repairs in Cambridge, Ontario did a phenomenal job! I took it them because a) they are local so if I need any tune-ups, they are there for me and b) I wanted them to learn the car inside out with all my mods so they can help others, giving future clients confidence that they are more than capable of doing these kinds of things. They are a dedicated crew, meticulous and take a lot of care and pride in their work!

So the car will be ready today and I'll follow up with some pictures shortly. In the meantime, here is a list of what they installed for me (parts shipped in from US via Madness500, Good-Win Racing, MOPAR, CravenSpeed:

Ah, ok. I have an automatic so I'm ok. But I guess for manuals, they should be advised.
Thanks for the info.
One of the sacrifices we make for mods :)
On track, we don't use parking brake anyway.

Cool! If you want to meet up (in a safe way) for a cruise, let me know. Kinda bored here with no Fiat Club running because of pandemic.

I’ll keep an eye out for you when I can start driving through Ontario a game. 401 to 403 to QEW (cutting through Hamilton) when in your area.

Gary, Sheila and crew at RPM Automotive are amazing! they took all my parts and installed them so meticulously and with a lot of car. I was so happy with their workmanship.
If you're in the area, shoot me a note and we'll go for a cruise if you'd like.

Just picked up Fortuna (that is her name). As I have to wear in the brakes and let the turbo blanket wear in, it will take a few 100 kms before I really push it.
Blanket is naturally smoking which is normal.
Brakes make a huge difference as well.
Everybody smokes in California, but that's a different story. 🤣 🤣

Can't tell if there is any point to the FIAT 124 Spider AutoFlash by MADNESS if you have a manual?

This is a lot of mods in terms of volume, but it doesn't look like anything particularly complex or dangerous. Proven suspension upgrades, some intake and exhaust improvements and no tune or engine mods other than the one above?

Magnetic phone holder (Gemini) from CravenSpeed: Holds pretty good. I have a Pitaka magnetic case that also allows me to charge through it for wireless charge (for my other car). I like this one because it is less intrusive and places the phone right at my finger tips:

I still need to install floor mats and I ordered new adjustable end links from @Good-Win Racing. Once those are installed, I think I'm done for now.
I also need to install the rear wind deflector glass between the headrests as it requires drilling. MOPAR did not include a manual, just drill hole template. So I was thinking I would engrave the mechanics logo along with all parts/suppliers on it to give some props! Just need to follow up and ask permission from all if I can do so (RPM Automotive, Good-win Racing, 500Madness, CravenSpeed, Cusco, Mopar, Willwood, etc.)

nicely done. i installed the catchcan in the same place, but i really don't like it there. tough to unthread and check. I'm fixin to put it up near the radiator and pre filter on the V4 intake but i cant be arsed enough to modify the bracket to work there. really want to shorten those hoses and also make can maintenance easier

Sounds like a good idea.
I'll run with this install for now and see what it "catches" and should it work well, I'll leave it. If my mechanic checks it and if it doesn't seem to work well in its current place, I'll suggest what you are doing and see if that works better for catching oil and ease of maintenance.
