What year is your car? Also if you are still under warrantee I would take it in as the spark plug would not have just a fallen apart like that.

2017, unfortunately not in warranty and it’s very strange for the spark plug to break off after just under a year of install

Well if you feel up for it rip that sucker apart and send it off to a machine shop. Shouldn’t cost more than 1k.
