In my previous cars with navigation, the radio would always be cut off when the nav system started talking, but this is not happening in my Spider making it very difficult to hear the directions. Is this normal or is there a setting I'm missing? I have the Bose system.

You probably just need to turn up the volume for the Nav system in the settings. Its sound comes through the driver's headrest only.

Thanks, I found that setting today and have jacked it up a bit, so I'll see how it sounds next time out.

I turned up the Nav volume and all is well. However, it appears that the sound is coming out of the front speaker, not the driver's headrest.

I think it does come from all the speakers but on the driver side only.
