Hi everyone! I recently bought a 2017 spider abarth and attempted to update the console to apple CarPlay. It worked for a little bit, but the sound would randomly stop. Tried to disconnect and connect my phone again and it would work then the sound stops again. Now, there is no sound (FM/Bluetooth/apple) at all. The button doesn’t work either. The screen works perfectly fine, it’s just the sound. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

If there is no sound at all, even on the radio, I would take it apart and check all connections. Then try again.

Thank you! I ended up taking it apart and the speaker wasn’t fully connected.
