Is there a Fiat club in the metro area?
Just got my Spider and was looking for other owners to talk to and share with.
The club listed with FCA is based in Payson but never a reply when I have reached out. I have thought about starting another in the valley but I get caught up in wrenching more than logistical stuff. There are a handful of others scattered around between PHX and Tucson, I'm right in the middle in San Tan Valley.

If you ever need any assistance with anything, just let me know. My garage is pretty well set up to work on Spiders and 500s. I am about to start engine deconstruction #2 in the next couple of weeks if you wanna see the guts and be a witness to things as I search for the latest root cause of implosion.

Awesome, I'm in Apache Junction (not far from you) and would love to help or watch. I just ordered a AFE cool air intake for mine & have so many other ideals and questions. Been looking for a garage to do service work also. I can send you my email address so we can exchange numbers if you want. Thanks for replying to my post & looking forward to talking.

I couldn't find many places that would do mod work outside of custom race shops and the labor rate is too high. I did find a local mechanic that works from a home shop/personal junkyard that was great until I decided it was time to do it all myself. Now I am looking to do work for others, "sell" advertisement and sponsorship space on the car to raise money to rebuild a second time.

Hi Woodzman, it was nice to meet you when you swung through Dallas. Very nice looking car, I really like the hood vent stripes.

Thanks Bandit, It was nice of you to take the time and show me your car when I picked up the wheels. I'm going to keep your number in my phone & when I'm back in August maybe we can do lunch and you can see my car in person. I was going to ask what speaker up grade did you do? I think the wires are already behind the seats in my car & have been thinking about a up grade myself.

You can check that out here: New Rear Speakers
FYI, I am using an aftermarket amp to power these speakers. This is because the rear speakers in the Spider are the units in the headrest. These are little more than headphone speakers with very low power requirements. To run component speakers like the ones I installed will need an aftermarket amp and a PAC adapter to get line level output from the factory audio system to drive the amp.

I am in Mesa Az and own a 2018 Spider Abarth and love it! I was looking for a meetup with other Spider owners in AZ...

Checking in. New owner of a Lusso automatic in the East Valley. Have found this to be a wealth of info and hopefully can look to you all for local info about mods, already looking at a few performance ones, and driving in the summer.
Couple of us going to drive the devil on the 14th if you want to join us!

Just Googled Devil's Highway and it looks like a wonderfully twisty and scenic drive. I would love to join you guys but sometimes Texas is just too big. Your home near El Paso, Texas is farther from me in Dallas, Texas than from your house to Devils Highway, which is two states away!

But never say never. Give me a 2-3 weeks heads up and just maybe..

PS: Found a video posted by a Miata club driving 191 if anyone is interested.
