Just curious who of the launch edition buyers have received your Gift box yet. I had heard that they were not going to send them out till all of the launch cars were sold but I talked to a fellow in Texas who has received his. Still waiting for mine and thought before I started bugging the dealer I would see who else have received theirs.

It's been 3.5 weeks, and haven't received anything. Guess I should contact the dealer and ask them to check on it. -- or perhaps there is a place that I can call to check on it myself???

Thx for info. Good to know mine isn't the only one with delay. Odd that others have received the package in less than 2 weeks. I called Fiat customer service last night -- very friendly. They said that it was too late to check yesterday, but would follow up today and give me a call back.

5 weeks, and nothing yet. Has anyone else had to wait this long to receive the gift kit? I've called the customer service number, and was advised to wait a bit longer. The customer service member is friendly, but does not seem to have access to information, and says that they will request the case advisor to call me. The case advisor is supposed to call me, but I haven't received any calls.

Customer service tells me that I need to wait 90 days (13 weeks) before they will check on it, which seems absurd to be. If everyone is receiving the package in 1 - 4 weeks, and mine is past 8 weeks and nothing yet, then something is not right.

now 72 days since purchase, and still haven't received the PE gift pack, or any updates from the dealer or Fiat Customer Service. Is anybody besides me still waiting on the Gift Pack? The responses that I've seen here on the forum is delivery of the gift pack within 1 - 4 weeks.

Almost 12 weeks now, and no kit, and no explanation of status from the Studio or Fiat. The absurd part about it is that Fiat Customer service refuses to investigate until 90 days has transpired. How difficult is it to contact the department handling the Welcome kits and get some kind of status? It doesn't feel very Welcoming to be put off like this.

Was wondering who or what is the Launch edition.. Is there a date or what?
Just got my 124 and have not heard about the Prima Gift Kit. was just wonder who gets it

The launch edition and the Prima are the same thing, in the USA there were 124 cars produced in blue, with special number plates all fully loaded. If you got one of these cars you also got a "gift" from Fiat. The gift kit from Fiat had among other things a nice leather bag with the 125 embossed on it. Canada also get a run of 124 cars (not sure of the color), and the UK and Europe also get a run of 124 I think in red.

The welcome gift pack finally arrived, 80 days after purchase. It's nice -- though the "Welcome" aspect loses its punch after waiting this long. I am happy now. :>)

I think I have finally gotten to the bottom of this. In the process of signing all the paper work for the car somehow the box declining offers or future contact by Fiat was checked. Don't know that I did it but I am now supposed to receive my gift pack in about 2 weeks.
