That's really cool. So.... what was in the valuable user info they included?

Greg
Links to download owner manual, maintenance and promotion. No Perks. LOL
Guess they figured that I got too much of a bargain on it.
I just received a "welcome package" of sorts in the mail today. Has a tri-fold envelope with a small bound, tabbed book in the middle with a few pages of note. But the fun part was the stickers they sent! Not sure what the Classica/Lusso guys get, but I got a handful of large Abarth related stickers
I received a welcome mailer also. I have a Lusso, it was like Orion ZyGarian described, however, the decals were the "Fiat" logo and the "Italia", instead of Abarth.
Classica here....got same Fiat and Italia stickers with the "welcome package"....
Guess the welcome package's contents are dealership based. Some has the nice Abarth stickers and some are Fiat.
For those who got the abarth package, Go Stick it!
we get nothing in Canada....:( not even a sticker.....

Got the same pamphlet with tabs, a pop out wallet card for road side service, and an on-line registration card where they claim they will send you a Fiat keychain. Haven't seen it yet. No stickers.

The dealer gave me a Fiat key chain, With the FOB, I don't need it.
Canabarth, give them some time. I bought my Lusso in October and the Welcome Packet took about a month. Hopefully, you will get one soon.
I've been using this riveted aluminum file box for years to keep auto records. Thanks for the stickers, Fiat.

Over here in the UK we just get an email inviting us to complete a survey
email from Fiat (at) maritzcx.com
Please give us your feedback on your Fiat sales experience

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing a Fiat 124 Spider as your new car. We truly appreciate your business and your trust in us.

At Fiat we are passionate about providing you with the highest quality of product and customer service and would appreciate your feedback about your visit to your dealer.

The survey will take approximately 7 minutes and you just need to click here and answer a few important questions. The survey can also be answered via a smartphone or tablet.

(login details)

We would like to share your feedback and details with your dealer, however should you want to remain anonymous we will fully respect your decision.

Thank you for your participation.

Yours sincerely,

Fiat UK
It took me a lot longer than 7 minutes (I had a lot to say) and had to make a few attempts, losing stuff each time, so I wrote the feedback off-line checking the character count (max 1024 each section) before pasting in and submitting.

But surprisingly nothing back from Fiat, no feedback on my feedback, but perhaps my ongoing "dispute" takes precedence over a few criticisms of Fiat and the dealership.

And then just last week, an impersonal letter from the "Service Manager" at the selling dealer thanking me for my purchase of...an Alfa Romeo :(
It's not just you Azzura, I also returned the survey. I have not had any written communication from FIAT UK or the dealer. As a new Fiat customer I am a little suprised by this.
