Has anyone looked into replacing their seat covers with the Red ones? I have the Black in my Abarth and really like the look of the ones with the Red center sections, and I suppose others have thought the same so maybe someone has some info?

Those prices are for the entire seat and based on past experience they usually offer just the cover, which is what I want, for a lot less.

I think you'd have more luck spending $6k on new seats...then actually finding the covers you desire. good luck sir.

I'll look into it. I usually don't mind what things cost when I really want something but I cannot see replacing the entire seats just to get Red inserts; that would be a waste of money.

I am getting my seats done with red leather inserts next summer due to money already spent on car. Cost to cover both is $1100. Check local aftermarket seat specialist.

Thanks, as a last resort I will consider it although I still think that stock seat covers must be available.

I have had great luck with Coverking in the past. I took a look and they don't make custom seat covers for our cars yet.

This makes me think that the MX 5 seats may not be the same as ours.

I am happy with the seats but like the red inserts so I will stick with what I have if they are not available.

I think there was a brand called leather seats that make more attractive covers which could work better on our 124's. But someone here with a bit of coin to spend should hit up an upholstery shop, maybe they will be able to do some classy inserts with red somewhere.

Not bad, thanks, and if I cannot get OEM covers I might consider them.
I'm in the same boat. I couldn't get the seats with the red, but I'd like to upgrade to it at some time. I can't find them OEM yet either. Re these, I can't tell if they are perforated for the speakers or not.

I am thinking there has to be a way to buy OEM seat covers with the Red inserts - let's check with our dealer's Part's Departments and see if they can come up with something.

I talked to the local dealer near me, but they do not have anything at this time.

Take a look at this when you get time, and you can go up a level and select a different option but is appears we could buy the seat covers, if we knew the correct codes for the ones with the Red inserts:

Good FIND! @bobz

What I can find X9 is a color code for FIAT and its a GRAY/BLACK colorBut this was on a 2012 FIAT 500 exterior color chart.(Still looking for sales codes for the spider.

found this site...sorry if its been linked already. Looks like you can design your own layout. Colors etc.

Yeah, we need to find the codes for Black Abarth seats with Red inserts, which as I said probably exist and the cost, if comparable to what I saw, is not that much.
