I self-installed the Hard Dog roll bar. I read this beforehand and is mostly accurate other than some questionable suggestions; use your common sense:
Manufacturer instructions:
For removal/re-install of interior, I used the ND shop manual

One day after work for interior removal; another day after work for installation; Saturday afternoon for interior trimming and re-install.

I took my time for a course of a week, spending a couple of hours a day to install mine. the longest part is getting interior out and trimming then holding your breath as you dril in to the sheet metal for the back legs for the roll bar going no turning back now.

Few takeaways on roll bar install that I felt are good to know:
  • The job doesn't necessarily require 2 people, but having an extra set of hands will make the job much easier.
  • Be gentle with the seatbelts's mechanisms. These are known to jam or break when not handled properly, and are not easy or cheap to fix/replace.
  • Taking the time to properly mask everything -particularly the contact points & surrounding areas- with painter's tape prior to test fitting. This will allow for a clean, scratch-free install.
  • Measure thrice, drill once. Also having the right drill/bit(s) will make this part of the job easy, not difficult.
  • Trimming of rear panels is long tedious work. Prepare yourself mentally for this part, and don't rush. Instead, do as best a job as you can. The finished product will be the way your car looks, permanently.
