I am planning a small ~10 day roundtrip from Helsinki where I need to visit Berlin and Szczecin on business and later Leipzig and Budapest for relatives and friends. Planned route and stops here: https://goo.gl/maps/1Bgzz7LDAaxHnkuj9

Question to the audience; Would there be recommended sightseeing places roughly along the way? I am interested in mechanichs, history, architecture and my wife is not interested in mechanics. I know the road between places quite well but have not had much time to see around, been riding or driving through with haste.

I have been to Malbork and Oswiecim (city of Auschwitz camp) already but this would be the first for my wife on those places, thus added them to the roster.

In Poland I would recommend to change route a little and get into Krakow and see also nearby salt mine Wieliczka, In Czech Republic Kutna Hora catacombs, any of smaller old towns and certainly day for Prague walk.

Thanks, already added Wieliczka to our route. Kutna Hora I had totally forgotten!

Prague is old friend to us, and we used to live in Budapest for several years seeing also around there...

Perhaps UK owners would consider something similar...... maybe trip to Belgium GP in August ? I would certainly be interested.
For the past 4 years I have been taking one or other of my Fiat Coupes to Viva Italia at Assen, in the north-east of Holland, roughly a 5-6 hour drive from Calais. There's a small group of UK Coupe owners who go along, and there are maybe 30+ Coupes at Assen, with owners from Holland, Belgium and Germany too. It's a static show but with various parade and racing laps available. I had been thinking that one year I might take the Spider instead. It's usually now at the end of April. more info at https://www.viva-italia.nl/
