Excellent that you purchased Live Traffic, much better than using your mobile phone data

Other good news is that the Toolbox can read your card without any issues.

My Fiat also suffered from the failure to load on occasions. I resolved it by making a backup onto a 16GB sdCard (good quality ScanDisk, not cheap cards off the Internet !!!). The backup card has been working fine ever since..... never fails to load.

I suggest you copy/backup your sdCard to a new 16GB and see if that helps.

You may find that your OEM card may start working again, but from experience it may be problematic.

If you can successfully clone your card then it looks as though you may have to purchase the latest maps. 3 year of updates works out at about £110.

Hate to be a pain, but can I just drag and drop data from one card to another to clone it? I've tried making a back-up in the Tools app but it keeps giving me a can't back up, try again later message. I've run the diagnostics again and it's now flagging an invalid marker, it didn't do this when I first ran a diagnostic the other day.

You're not a pain, forums exist for help and advice !

Well I worked out how to clone the card, however, when I insert into car it says SD not valid! I tried the original card again and now it doesn't move off the compass screen! Aaaggghh!
