I agree, tried to make an appointment at armory for a software recall and was told I’d need to leave the car. Krystal was a beautiful drive north ( avoiding the thruway) and they did the update while I waited. My local FIAT dealer (Armory Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep) - FIAT is barely visible, sign hardly seen from the highway is useless. They had one in stock when I was looking in April 2019 and zero knowledge of the car. An internet search showed a dealer, Krystal Dodge, about 60 miles away with 8 in stock ('18s & '19s) at the time. My new '18 loaded Abarth stickered for $40k and I bought it for $29k. They were good to work with and my minimal service needs have been met by their pleasant and helpful staff. They try very hard to please. I agree that FCA should sell these cars through their Alfa Romeo, Maserati dealerships. Much more appropriate locations and environment.
