The car put together a 1:55.7 @buttonwillow in the first session with traffic and ran 157-158-159 the rest of the day on the @toyotires proxe RRs. Couldn’t find much info on this tire except that it was slower than A052 and 2 seconds behind the Hoosier, but very consistent. On an open track day without other cars to manage, I ran back to back laps within .1 of each other, It’s an amazing tire! Looking forward to cracking into the 54s with it before jumping to something “faster”. Ran out of time preparing and didn’t follow post tune instructions to drive the car and let the tune adapt. This led to boost trimming issues the entire time in 3rd, 4th and 5th. Whats crazy is the car still managed to match its predecessors (white car) top speeds in most sections of the track and only fell behind 1mph on the long straights. Once this tune settles and holds, I think we’ll have a little monster on our hands 🔥. Excited to be driving again!

Huge thanks to @Evolved for planning and setting me up with a K24 swap. Laundry list of upgraded are underway from a k series Engine build, Garrett turbo, E85 injectors, oil cooler, AIM solo Dash, AEM standalone engine management, all sorts of K power goodies and the gearbox adapter plate is complete. The car is under the knife now and if all goes to plan, which it will, well be on track testing by mid may making 400 wheel HP conservatively and safely to start. 17x10 et 32 forged titans are in and fit really really well filling out the flare gap ( pictured below with my son poking the engine bay with the oil dip stick, splitter is off in that photo if anyone is confused lol.

with The factory 1.4L EC phase 3, 221 wheel and around 260 torque.

The k24 swap will be dialed back to 400 wheel to start testing.
