Transfering from Ontario to Quebec

Hey Folks,

Checking if anyone knows a guy or has some experience with this. I bought my car in Quebec 3 years ago and certified it in Ontario. I proceeded to modify it after that with H&R springs and a WW brake kit amongst other tunes and mods. I'm now moving my family to Quebec.

I've been told my a local mechanic that the lowering and aftermarket brakes would not pass safety, but it really depends who looks at it. Has anyone had any experience with this?
