When following a programmed route, can you turn off just the voice part? It messes with my music and I'm perfectly able to follow a map.

Also, are there voice commands for telling the map to orient North up, and switch between 2d & 3d views? In my old car I was able to say "North up", "Plan view map", and "Bird view map" to do all these things without fiddling with menus.

Don't know about the voice commands - haven't tried them for nav - but there is an extensive list of settings available, including settings for speed warnings and more. Just go to the nav icon furthest right for settings and make your way through the menus for what you need.
