If you head over to the MOPAR Tech Authority site, you'll see it listed... but out of stock. I have the USB version of it. It's hard coded to work with Internet Explorer, which Microsoft has now given the kiss of death... so for longer term use, you'd need an old laptop or desktop that still runs with a version of IE on it. I anticipate that in the near future Microsoft will issue an OS update that purges IE from Win 10 builds. So if you do go that route, you'll want to air gap the device you plan on using to read the CD.
The contents aren't a .pdf, but rather interactive HTML... for all intents, a huge interlinked series of html pages. It's a handy thing to own if you intend on keeping the vehicle for the long haul, and I purchased both the service and electrical manuals such that I'd have something I could use with any shop doing work on the vehicle in the years to come. But it's not an operating manual. If you do decide to buy it, also consider getting the electrical system version of it as well.... it would be described as "Wiring Info".
