Get the Garageline 15/20 spacer kit. They are $190 and I have run them on 3 separate 124/ND's now. No messing with the stock studs at all.
Thanks, I'll have a look and see if they are available in Europe :)
Are you sure they'll work on the not-so-great lusso wheels? I think it has to do with the recess of the wheels being deep enough to accommodate the stock studs which come through the spacer...

As someone who just added 15mm spacer adapters (the ones that come with pressed lug bolts) the best way to know for sure is to remove a wheel and measure the depth of the center of the cutouts. The stock lug bolts are ~25mm passed the rotor, so for 15mm spacers you will need wheel cutouts of at least 10mm. If needed, you can probably safely grind a couple of mm from the lugs and still get your recommended 6.5 turns if you decide to remove the spacers.

I ran them on my 124 Classica with the stock 17x7 ND Club spec wheels. I don't see why Mazda would make the Lusso wheels drastically different, seeing as they are the same width and diameter already.

I cannot guarantee you they will work, because I don't have Lusso wheels, but I have run them on three other ND/124 wheels and they have worked just fine.

I did measure and found about 10mm recess but not flat. It rounded to 8mm at the edges so wasnt confident

Then aside from measuring the next way to know for sure is buy the spacers, mount them, paint the tip of the stock lugs with a grease pen, mount the wheel, remove it, then see if any of the paint transferred to the wheel. Also with the wheel mounted on the spacer, go underneath and inspect to see if the wheel is flush against the spacer. Try sliding a piece of paper between to confirm a gap or not.

Ordered the GarageLine 15/20 kit - will post pics once they’re installed.

I installed H&R 36mm spacers last week. 18mm per corner. The car looks much better now. The wheel wells are nicely filled out.

The GarageLine 15mm/20mm kit came in. The 20mm rear spacers fit the Abarth wheels, but the 15mm fronts do not fit due to clearance issues between the OEM stud and the recessed areas on the back of the wheels.

I didn’t have enough time to measure but I’d say it’s about 3mm off. I’m not trimming the studs and don’t really want to clearance the back of the wheels.

These fill out the arches very nicely. Any rubbing problems and are you still running 205 wide tyres? Trying to decide between 15mm and 18mm spacers.
No issues at all. And they're the factory 205/45r17 Potenzas. I think I could have gone even wider.

Hi, I am thinking about Eibach spacers 20 or 25 mm per wheel. Should I go with system 4 (S90-4-25-070) or system 6 for stock Abarth wheels?
I have 20mm on mine and the wheels are pretty flush with the fender. Its possible 25mm may be too much unless you add a little camber in your alignment, which i also did with my 20’s anyway.

Thank you Cannoli. What about original studs, did you have to modify them (cut or replace) with 20 mm spacers?

Nope. Completely bolt on.
Get you the titan ones, they have pockets in them to clear the factory studs, and have new studs in them for the wheels so you dont lose any stud length.
